Great real estate agent who's very knowledgeable about the area! When we first emailed Dave (he was the contact person listed for a property we saw online), he responded right away. When we met, he listened to us talk about what we were looking for, then made a point of showing us properties that fit the criteria we had given him. Throughout the long process of searching for a vacation home, making an offer, and closing, he continued to be responsive, patiently showing us numerous homes and answering countless questions. We also liked his low-pressure style. Dave is a friendly, nice guy who also happens to be an extremely competent real estate agent--highly recommend!
