Our house was for sale for 6 months with another realtor and did not sell and had many issues with that realtor (for example the key box was broken and realtors couldn’t get in to show the house and they couldn’t get it resolved month after month). Dave and his wife sold our house in 6 weeks after we signed with them. Dave is very handy and did a few weeks at the house for us since we had already moved away (replaced the batteries in the fire alarm, and started our propane fireplace for potential buyers). There isn’t enough space to write all that Dave and his wife provided that were above and beyond. He has the knowledge of a handyman and his communication was excellent. Together with his wife we had twice the support and communication needed.

Dave is a true professional and great to work with. He is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile, which is extremely important in a process like this. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dave was excellent with all aspects of posting our home and throughout the negotiating & closing. Very Professional. We first started our home for sale with another real estate representative and had horrible showings which produced no buyers. When we changed realtors and listed with Dave we immediately witnessed a big change with house showings which produced a buyer.
