I was put in charge of purchasing a home for my parents moving back this way from California. Claudia was awesome, helpful and went out of her way to make things happen. I only had to tell her once what I was looking for and she nailed it.. 10/10 would recommend :) my parents love the house.

Our house was for sale for 6 months with another realtor and did not sell and had many issues with that realtor (for example the key box was broken and realtors couldn’t get in to show the house and they couldn’t get it resolved month after month). Dave and his wife sold our house in 6 weeks after we signed with them. Dave is very handy and did a few weeks at the house for us since we had already moved away (replaced the batteries in the fire alarm, and started our propane fireplace for potential buyers). There isn’t enough space to write all that Dave and his wife provided that were above and beyond. He has the knowledge of a handyman and his communication was excellent. Together with his wife we had twice the support and communication needed.

David went above and beyond to make our home buying experience so enjoyable. It was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable of the area, always made himself available and patiently addressed any concerns. We highly recommend him!
