Our house was for sale for 6 months with another realtor and did not sell and had many issues with that realtor (for example the key box was broken and realtors couldn’t get in to show the house and they couldn’t get it resolved month after month). Dave and his wife sold our house in 6 weeks after we signed with them. Dave is very handy and did a few weeks at the house for us since we had already moved away (replaced the batteries in the fire alarm, and started our propane fireplace for potential buyers). There isn’t enough space to write all that Dave and his wife provided that were above and beyond. He has the knowledge of a handyman and his communication was excellent. Together with his wife we had twice the support and communication needed.

Dave and Marie sold our house in 7 days. He worked with us to set a fair market sale price for our home. Once set, his team showed our home to qualified and interested buyers. We can't say enough about Dave Kovaleski, being from Philly we were not familiar with the area or exactly where we wanted to buy, Dave was very patient with us, took us to several different communities in NE PA including the Hideout and WLE, we made several trips up and Dave showed us numerous houses each time, Dave was never pushy, he was very honest about each house we looked at whether he thought it was overpriced or needed work or was just right, and when we finally found the right one, before settlement a plumbing issue arose and Dave not only got permission from the owner at the time to go in the house to check it out but showed up with tools and helped fix the problem. Dave is not just a great realtor but a really nice guy, ask him about his garden! We would recommend Dave Kovaleski to everyone!
