Claudia was fantastic to work with… as were all of the Kovaleski team members! We gave Claudia an idea of what we were looking for and she helped us find the home we wanted right away. Any question we had was answered…even the ones we didn’t think of :). It made for an extremely smooth and seamless transaction from contract to closing. Our house was for sale for 6 months with another realtor and did not sell and had many issues with that realtor (for example the key box was broken and realtors couldn’t get in to show the house and they couldn’t get it resolved month after month). Dave and his wife sold our house in 6 weeks after we signed with them. Dave is very handy and did a few weeks at the house for us since we had already moved away (replaced the batteries in the fire alarm, and started our propane fireplace for potential buyers). There isn’t enough space to write all that Dave and his wife provided that were above and beyond. He has the knowledge of a handyman and his communication was excellent. Together with his wife we had twice the support and communication needed.

Dave made the process feel more relaxed with his humor and courteous demeanor.

After we closed, Marie went out of her way and went back to the house on Thanksgiving Eve to check on the meter so we could get the electricity in our name.
