Great real estate agent who's very knowledgeable about the area! When we first emailed Dave (he was the contact person listed for a property we saw online), he responded right away. When we met, he listened to us talk about what we were looking for, then made a point of showing us properties that fit the criteria we had given him. Throughout the long process of searching for a vacation home, making an offer, and closing, he continued to be responsive, patiently showing us numerous homes and answering countless questions. We can't say enough about Dave Kovaleski, being from Philly we were not familiar with the area or exactly where we wanted to buy, Dave was very patient with us, took us to several different communities in NE PA including the Hideout and WLE, we made several trips up and Dave showed us numerous houses each time, Dave was never pushy, he was very honest about each house we looked at whether he thought it was overpriced or needed work or was just right, and when we finally found the right one, before settlement a plumbing issue arose and Dave not only got permission from the owner at the time to go in the house to check it out but showed up with tools and helped fix the problem. Dave is not just a great realtor but a really nice guy, ask him about his garden! We would recommend Dave Kovaleski to everyone!
