We can't say enough about Dave Kovaleski, being from Philly we were not familiar with the area or exactly where we wanted to buy, Dave was very patient with us, took us to several different communities in NE PA including the Hideout and WLE, we made several trips up and Dave showed us numerous houses each time, Dave was never pushy, he was very honest about each house we looked at whether he thought it was overpriced or needed work or was just right, and when we finally found the right one, before settlement a plumbing issue arose and Dave not only got permission from the owner at the time to go in the house to check it out but showed up with tools and helped fix the problem.
